Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vorza Automation ("Vorza," "we," "us"). They apply when you use vorzaautomation.com, call our demo line, or sign up for our AI receptionist service. By starting a free trial or paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms for that business. Questions? Email vorzaautomation@gmail.com.

Our service

Vorza sets up and runs AI phone receptionists for home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing and roofing companies. Depending on your setup, your receptionist can answer calls, collect caller details, answer common questions and help book appointments. We may update or improve the service over time.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You need to enter a payment card at signup, but you won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all.

Billing and automatic renewal

• After your 14-day trial, your subscription costs $300 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
• Your first charge happens on day 15. After that, you're charged automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month for as long as your subscription is active.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By paying through Stripe, you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement. We do not store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime by emailing vorzaautomation@gmail.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry it, and we may contact you to update your payment method. If we can't collect payment, we may pause or cancel your service until your account is paid up.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business, services, hours, pricing and policies, and tell us when it changes. Your receptionist can only be as accurate as the information you give us.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes. Don't use it to make spam or robocalls, mislead callers, or break any law.
• Where it applies, you're responsible for following call recording, consent, privacy and telemarketing laws, including telling callers that calls may be recorded or handled by AI when the law requires it.
• Keep your account details secure and let us know right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

AI limitations

Our receptionists use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. It may misunderstand a caller, give incomplete or incorrect information, or fail to book or pass along a call. You should review call summaries and bookings regularly. Don't rely on the service for emergencies. We do not guarantee any number of calls answered, appointments booked, customers or revenue.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." It depends on phone carriers, AI providers and other services we don't control, so it may sometimes be interrupted or unavailable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vorza won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, customers or data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Ending service

We may suspend or end your service if you break these Terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that could harm us, callers or others. You can stop using the service at any time by canceling as described above.

Changes to these Terms and pricing

We may update these Terms or our pricing from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect. Price changes apply starting with your next billing period after the notice period. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
