Vorza Automation ("Vorza," "we," "us") sets up AI phone receptionists for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through vorzaautomation.com and our demo phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email vorzaautomation@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo, we collect what you enter in the form:

Your name, role, email address and phone number
Your business name, industry, service area, team size and scheduling tool
Information about your calls, such as call volume and who answers your phone
What you'd like a receptionist to handle, your preferred contact method and time, and any notes you add
Whether you agreed to be contacted about your demo

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Calls to our demo line

Our demo line, (651) 427-2262, is answered by an AI receptionist. When you call it, we receive your phone number, and the call may be recorded and transcribed. Anything you say during the call, such as your name or address, becomes part of that recording and transcript. Please don't share sensitive information like payment card numbers on the demo line.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

To contact you about your demo request and schedule a time
To build a sample receptionist that fits your business
To answer your questions and provide our services if you become a client
To review and improve how our AI receptionists handle calls
To keep our website and phone line secure and prevent spam and abuse
To meet legal obligations

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our demo form, you agree that Vorza Automation may call, text or email you about your demo request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email us to opt out at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Netlify hosts our website and stores demo form submissions.
Google provides our email (Gmail) and the fonts on our website. Loading the site sends your IP address to Google's font servers.
jsDelivr delivers the animation code on our homepage, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.
Vapi and its technology partners power our AI receptionist and process demo line calls, recordings and transcripts.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and call records for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and generally no longer than two years unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

How we protect it

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, strict browser security settings and spam protection on our form. Access to our accounts is protected with two-factor authentication. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email vorzaautomation@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
